Hotel information:

March is high season in Miami. Therefore, we have to try to get reasonable but nice hotels on the beach. We used Ramada Inn previously, which had a low rate of $75 per night. This place is still available. Our recommendation is for Newport Beachside Hotel which is very nice and will accommodate up to 4 persons/room, including breakfast (2) for $120/room (The normal rate is $180.00). Both hotels have agreed to let you stay over the weekends at the conference rate. But the rooms at these rates are limited in number; therefore please try to make reservations as early as possible and definitely by January 15, 2003. You will have the opportunity to cancel if for some reason you decide not to come; check with the hotel.
